Day 1: Today, travel takes you to Asheville, NC where you enjoy a three-night stay at the Hampton Inn. Dinner is included this evening at a local restaurant.

Day 2: After breakfast, enjoy a full day at Biltmore Estate. The luxurious family home of George and Edith Vanderbilt is a marvel of elegance and charm, as magnificent today as it was more than a century ago. Faithfully preserved and filled with original furnishings and masterpieces of art, no other residence in America offers a more authentic and inspiring view of Gilded Age life while suggesting that the Vanderbilts and their guests are still at home.

Enjoy a self-guided visit, with audio headset, to the Biltmore House exploring grand spaces filled with masterpieces of art and stunning antiques, into private family quarters, indoor pool and bowling alley, and kitchens and servants’ area.

Spend time exploring Antler Hill Village, a lively hub on the Biltmore Estate that beautifully blends history, shopping and entertainment. Stroll through unique boutiques and galleries filled with local crafts, estate-inspired gifts, and specialty foods. Lunch will be on your own today.

Then, step into the renowned Biltmore Winery for a complimentary wine tasting, where you’ll sample award-winning vintages crafted right on the estate. With its welcoming atmosphere, charming shops, and world-class wines, Antler Hill Village offers the perfect way to unwind and savor the flavors of Biltmore.

Dinner will be included this evening at the Stable Cafe, located in the beautifully restored 19th Century stables of the Biltmore Estate. One home to Vanderbilt family’s prized horses, the cafe now offers a unique blend of rustic, elegance and modern comfort. Beneath soaring ceilings and original brick archways, you’ll savor hearty Southern favorites and seasonal specialties made with fresh, local ingredients.

Tonight, see Biltmore in a whole new light with a brand-new experience, Luminere. As day turns to dusk, sunset mountain views and stunning landscapes set the stage for a unforgettable evening of light, sound and wonder. Under starlit skies, Biltmore House becomes a canvas that illuminates its remarkable story, and its renowned gardens dance before you with breathtaking artistry. In addition to the projection show, your group can stroll through the historic gardens, which will come alive with beautifully designed illuminations. You’ve never seen Biltmore like this!

Day 3: Following Breakfast this morning, visit Grovewood Village, Asheville’s hidden gem. The grounds are beautiful beneath the shade of mature pine trees, inviting you to pause, take a deep breath, and soak in the views and the historic heritage of Asheville. To miss this is to miss what first made Asheville the Arts and Crafts Capitol of the South. A local Treasure on these 11 Acres of beautifully maintained grounds is a picturesque environment that radiates old-world charm. Here you’ll discover Grovewood Gallery, working artist studios, the Biltmore Industries Homespun Museum, and Asheville’s only unique car museum.

Then head to Flat Rock, NC for shopping on Little Rainbow Row, a collection of shops and eateries in the heart of the Village of Flat Rock. You will find unique items, local and reginal artwork. Enjoy lunch on your own in one of Little Rainbow’s eateries.

This afternoon, see a matinee show at Flat Rock Playhouse. The Playhouse is officially designed The State Theatre of North Carolina. Open since 1940, the Playhouse continues to thrill audiences with Broadway musicals, comedy and drama productions. (2027 show TBA)

After the show, enjoy shopping and dinner on your own at The Grove Arcade. The Grove Arcade is a historic architectural landmark in the center of downtown Asheville. Conceived by pioneering Ashville developed Edwin Wiley Grove and competed in 1929, it has come to represent the heart and character of the town. It’s rich history and ornated architecture combined with its   eclectic mix of shops and restaurants offer patrons a full day of immersion into Ashville’s lifestyle and culture. Return to the hotel for the evening.

Day 4: After Breakfast at the hotel, check out and depart for home.

By purchasing these tickets, you agree to the terms and conditions below.

  • No seat is reserved until the deposit is received.
  • There is a $50 cancellation fee
  • On day trips or Red Eye Trips refunds are only given if the seat/seats can be resold prior to departure. Refunds for the amount minus the deposit will be sent back to you.
  • On Multi-Night trips refunds are as followed:
    • Cancellation 50 Days or more in Advance, full refund minus deposit to reserve your seat and any unrecoverable expenses (Tickets, Hotel, Meal Deposits, etc.)
    • Cancellation 14-50 Days in Advance Minus Deposit to reserve your seat plus 10% of the trip cost will be charged plus an uncoverable Expenses.
    • Cancellation 13 days before NO REFUND.
  • Full Refunds are only given if Paradise Travel with Anita or the Bus Company cancels the trip for any reason.
  • If for any reason an additional overnight is required, you are responsible for your own hotel stay.
