Also at Castle Noel millions of dollars of animated NEW YORK CITY Christmas windows from Sak’s Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdale’s, Lord & Taylor, Macy’s Toronto’s Hudson Bay window displays are also set and ready to wow!  These amazing windows will delight guests of all ages. Feel like a kid again in our “I Had That” toyland experience. Filled with thousands of toys from 50’s through the 80’s. You’re sure to say “I Had That”.

Sprinkled into the magic is the Blizzard Vortex, Santa’s Chimney Squeeze and 25’ tall, animated Christmas tree, It snows inside and you’ll even get to ride a slide, just like Ralphie. Guests who ride the slide over 80 years old become a part of our “Wall of Fame”. To date Castle Noel’s oldest slide rider is 101 1/2 years old.

When you are finished visit the gift shop featuring world famous Mark Klaus sculptures.

Return & Refund Policy

By purchasing these tickets, you agree to the terms and conditions below.

• No seat is reserved until the deposit is received.
• All deposits are non-refundable/non-transferable
• On day trips or Red Eye Trips refunds are only given if the seat/seats can be resold prior to departure. Refunds for the amount minus the deposit will be sent back to you.
• On Multi-Night trips refunds are as followed:
  • Cancellation 50 Days or more in Advance, full refund minus deposit to reserve your seat and any unrecoverable expenses (Tickets, Hotel, Meal Deposits, etc.)
  • Cancellation 14-50 Days in Advance Minus Deposit to reserve your seat plus 10% of the trip cost will be charged plus an uncoverable Expenses.
  • Cancellation 13 days before NO REFUND.
• Full Refunds are only given if Paradise Travel with Anita or the Bus Company cancels the trip for any reason.
• If for any reason an additional overnight is required, you are responsible for your own hotel stay.
